SECTION 1 – GENERAL REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY At Prince’s we strive to deliver only good quality plants to our customers. If plants that were delivered were not in good condition, kindly email ecommerce@prince.com.sg, indicating your order reference number, or you may call 6763 7000.
SECTION 2 – REPLACEMENT / REFUND OF ORDER For item replacements or refunds due to delivered plants that were not of good quality, kindly email ecommerce@prince.com.sg, indicating your order reference number, or you may call 6763 7000 within 24 hours upon the receipt of order.
SECTION 3 – REQUEST FOR REFUND Refund will be done within 14 days from receipt of refund request.
