Job Description

• Reaching out to potential and existing clients
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Cold calls and relevant outreach activities
• Driving sales by sourcing new clients and projects
• Servicing existing clients
• Achieving profitability based on current and future clients
• Manage budgets, forecasts and reports on product/service and pricing trends.
• General sales support – preparing quotations, order processing and delivery arrangements
• Achieve monthly sales KPI set by management
• Work closely with colleagues across all functions

Qualification

• Min O-Level / A-Level / Diploma holder
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literate
• Strong customer service mindset
• Outgoing and pleasant personality
• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn
• Keen to pursue a career in the Landscaping industry

Job Functions

• Primarily supporting the recruitment efforts with the focus on blue collar hires
• Assist staff enquiries and requests on HR matters
• Be involved in monthly payroll, CPF and yearly IRAS submission
• Manage all insurance matters including yearly renewal
• Review, update and maintain proper filing system
• Involved in medical and workmen injury compensation claims
• Assist HR Manager/HRBP in planning and preparing annual headcount reports, HR Reports, etc
• Manage and monitor all foreign workers’ work pass matters
• Handle all foreign workers’ dormitory matters
• Administer the annual performance appraisal, salary review and promotion exercises for operational levels
• Handle leave management and internal subcontractor system
• Handle all staff welfare activities
• Responsible for the submission of all government claims
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience
• Preferably experienced working with blue collar talents
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive individual contributor and ability to collaborate closely with peers
• Good knowledge in Employment Act
• Preferably with SAGE EPE experience
• Singaporeans/PRs only

Assistant Project Manager

(Plant Display / Festive Events / Visual)
Working Location – West / North (Sungei Tengah)

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Assistant Project Manager to lead a team that will:

• engage with current and potential clients
• work with stakeholders & designers to conceptualise event themes
• build proposals for tenders & pitches
• develop and drive our plant display projects for festive seasons
• plan and execute events and projects
• achieve branding / sales objectives and maximize profitability
• manage and operate within agreed budgets

Requirements

• Min Diploma in events management / related field
• 2 years relevant experience
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Creative and well attuned to festive decorations / displays
• IT literate
• Outgoing, resourceful, passionate and results focussed
• Only Singaporeans

We are in the lookout for candidates who is passionate about nature to be part of Prince’s Landscape as a Gardener. Even if you do not have the experience in a role like this, on the job training will be provided.

Job Functions

• Watering of plants as necessary to ensure proper hydration
• Removing weeds from garden beds to other areas to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
• Performing basic pruning tasks to promote healthy growth
• Clearing horticultural waste such as dead leaves, branches, and other debris
• Perform any other ad-hoc related duties when assigned

Job Requirements

• No experience is required for this role
• Passion for outdoor with nature
• With relevant WSQ certifications will be an added advantage
